Return and Exchange

We do not accept any product return/exchange for international service. Please make sure your order fits (size, color, etc). In case of receiving wrong order, please contact our customer service team at: customer@hijup.com/+6281 117 010 77 (Whatsapp)

For orders in Indonesia: Product exchange can only be requested to Customer Service maximum of 2x24 hours after the order is delivered to the customer (according to the shipping company update). The exchanged product will be sent to the customer within 7 days after the exchange request is approved by HIJUP . Customer must provide delivery receipt document AND unboxing video (which need to be un-cut and un-edited) to request product exchange. All discounted products and products bought using HIJUP Point can not be exchanged or refunded.

Products from these Tenants cannot be exchanged or returned: lezahrasignature, Hanna & Azizah, Mukin & Qosidah, Hijabenka, Berrybenka, MFMW, Sepatu Dinara, Mybamus, Nadjani Official, Azhania, and NADH by Nadhira.
Orders delivered by the brand itself (not by HIJUP) can only be exchanged with products from the same brand.
