You can search the products through the main navigation on the main page of the website. The navigation is located at the top. This navigation contains the category and brand names are already organized. If you want to search directly, you can use the search box located at the top of the website.
On the product detail page you can see a big main button that reads 'Add to Shopping Bag'. Before you press the button, make sure you've chosen the color, size and number you want to buy. Shopping Bag can contain more than one products.
If you already have HIJUP account, you can sign in by entering your email address and password. By using HIJUP account, you do not have to bother to fill out the shipping address. In addition, you can also collect points from the products you get.
If you do not have a HIJUP account and want to get benefits like doing Sign In, you can register for an account. We will ask you to fill out registration form or you can simply use your Facebook account. Don't worry, we cannot post anything to your Facebook.
If you feel creating an account is too complicated, you can shop as guest by choosing 'Checkout as Guest'. You are required to fill in address, name and phone number of the recipient.
Unfortunately you have to fill them everytime you shop because without an account we cannot identify you. If you dislike having to fill out a form just to have an account, you can using your Facebook account. Don't worry, we cannot post anything to your Facebook.
You must also select a delivery service. Here's a brief description of each of them:

Only available for shipping to DKI Jakarta. Transactions maximum value is Rp 2,000,000 (two million rupiahs), paid in cash on the spot, when the products are delivered.

You only need to confirm your payment if you choose "Bank Transfer" as payment method. After you choose "Bank Transfer" and place an order, we send a confirmation email to you. The email contains link to Payment Confirmation page. You can click the link and we will bring you to the page.
If it turns out goods you received is defective or does not match your order, and you are in Indonesia, you can return them back to our address: Jl. Pejaten Barat Raya No 2 (Pejaten Corner) Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan, 12510. Do not forget to attach delivery receipt from the courier. There is no additional charge for returning goods (except for return shipping fee). Goods can only be exchanged for similar goods.
For our international customers, in case of defective or wrong goods, please contact our customer service team at customer@hijup.com. For other cases, we regretfully cannot accept return/exchange. Please make sure your order fits (size, color, etc.).
