Is it possible to use a Debit Card or Credit Card when COD?

Yes.But these facilities only can be enjoyed for COD in Jakarta area

What is a COD (Cash on Delivery)?

COD (Cash on Delivery) is the method of payment where the customer pay for the goods ordered at the time of receipt by the Customer.

Will I be charged customs or import charges?

Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. HIJUP has no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Import charge will be applied if the weight of the order is above 2 Kg and the amount of charge depends on the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

I choose to pay with credit card/ Paypal. Will I be charged?

No, if you pay with choose credit card. Yes, if you pay with Paypal.

How do I use vouchers/Pink Ticket?

Each Pink Ticket has a unique voucher code that can be applied just for one order. Apply the code given in each ticket by filling out the form on the bottom of Shopping Cart page. Some of Pink Tickets has minimum purchase amount to use. Make sure you fulfill the minimum purchase amount before you use the voucher.

Why is my discount code not working?

If you put applied voucher code and it doesn’t work, it might be because:

  1. Your voucher is expired.

  2. You haven't fulfilled the minimum purchase amount to get discount.

If you are sure that these two reasons are not the cause, please contact our Customer Service.

What currencies can I use for payment?

You can pay using IDR or USD. If you choose Indonesian language from the top menu, all price will be displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). If you choose English, all price will be displayed in USD (US Dollar). We are currently not processing any payment with other than those two currencies.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can change your payment method. Sign in to your account and go to ‘Confirm/Track Orders’ page. Look at your last order, if there is a ‘Change’ button on Change Payment Method column, it means that you can change the payment method for that order. Select a payment method from the dropdown and then click the ‘Change’ button. You will receive a success message if you succeed in changing your payment method.
Make sure you made the payment within the given payment period. Check your e-mail to know your payment time limit.
